What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for EMEA SMB customers
  • Generate and progress pipeline through inbound and targeted outbound efforts
  • Deliver compelling product demos showcasing the hirify.global Suite and AI agent Fin
  • Manage procurement, security, and legal processes with cross-functional support
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Provide structured market feedback to influence product roadmap

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland
  • 2+ years closing new business in B2B SaaS with SMB customers
  • Strong skills in discovery, storytelling, demo delivery, and deal execution
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
  • Proficient with CRM and sales productivity tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Experience selling customer service, helpdesk, AI, or messaging solutions
  • Interest in the broader support-tech ecosystem
