Security GRC Analyst

TL;DR

Security GRC Analyst (Crypto): Plan, perform and control activities to assure controls are effectively implemented to comply with standards and legal frameworks with an accent on IT security risks, audits, and certifications. Focus on designing policies, conducting self-assessments, hosting audits, managing risk registers, and participating in due diligences.

Location: Buenos Aires (Palermo office), mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Work from Anywhere Policy: remote from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Oversee execution and completion of application-related security controls ensuring effectiveness.
• Design, create and share policies, standards and procedures for regulatory/legal compliance and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Conduct preliminary self-assessment control tests, track and document remediation actions from audit findings.
• Host internal/external IT audits including walkthroughs, retain test evidence, and track action plans.
• Conduct quarterly User Access reviews, gather information, track management responses, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain a risk register, contribute to corporate dashboard, and participate in due diligences for new tools/partners/investors.

Requirements

• Advanced command of the English language.
• Forward-looking and strategic minded with understanding of potential risks, legal and compliance implications.
• Good knowledge of IT risk areas including regulatory, operational, information security, and control mechanisms.
• 2+ years experience in audit and security certifications such as ISO, SOC and PCI.
• Four-year college degree (or equivalent).
