What you will do

Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Work night shifts (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including rotating weekends

Requirements

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
Great communication and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
