What you will do

• Streamline and automate pricing processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Set up and maintain pricing structures across countries ensuring consistency and financial goal achievement
• Monitor market and competitor prices, run pricing and discount tests, and provide actionable insights
• Leverage BI tools, predictive models, and AI to support pricing decisions and develop dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Inventory, Marketing, Finance, and Buying teams
• Ensure high data quality and improve pricing data infrastructure with the data team

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Munich, Germany
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, or related quantitative field
• 4+ years of pricing experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
• Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing models, elasticity, and competitive dynamics
• Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and predictive analytics
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
