What you will do

• Explore data to identify opportunities for product development and improve existing products.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for improving fraud conversion rates.
• Develop frameworks for managing fraud machine learning models.
• Evaluate data sources to solve fraud risk and maintain data pipelines.
• Own analytics workflow, defining success metrics and creating dashboards.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning and Product teams to enhance user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer risk management in a financial company.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Knowledge of payment processing fundamentals and industry risk trends.
