- Develop AI support assistant and automate workflows
- Manage the support team and improve key support metrics
- Influence support strategy in cross-functional discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer support or operations, ideally in tech
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring teams for Team Lead role
