⚡ Wise Wolves Corporation is looking for Corporate Administrator.

📌We are looking for an experienced Administrator to lead our corporate administrative functions together with the support of the legal team. This role is crucial to our business and requires good grasp of Cyprus company law and corporate administration. The ideal candidate will oversee online submissions with the Registrar of Companies, oversee trusts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

📌You will help us with:

Corporate Services:
• Lead the administration of Cyprus-based companies, ensuring compliance with Cyprus company law and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of statutory documents to the Registrar of Companies and the UBO registry.
• Manage the formation, dissolution, and ongoing maintenance of companies, ensuring all legal and regulatory obligations are met.
• Prepare and manage corporate documentation, including minutes, resolutions, annual returns, and other required filings.

Trust Administration:
• Administer a portfolio of trusts, ensuring all operations comply with relevant legislation and trust deeds.
• Liaise with trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisors to manage trust affairs and resolve any issues.

📌 Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in corporate administration, preferably within a legal or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, incorporation processes, and legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, authorities, and team members.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zygos (or equivalent company admin software) and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of the Cypriot legal and regulatory environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.

• Highly organized and methodical, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
