We are looking for a Technical Gameplay Animator to join our team. You will work on a high-quality console game, ensuring animation quality, identifying issues, analyzing bugs, and helping develop systematic solutions. This is an opportunity to grow your skills within an international team and work closely with designers, animators, and technical specialists.
🚀 Responsibilities
• Animation quality control and testing, including audits, in-engine tests, and verifying gameplay coverage
• Analyzing existing animations to identify technical or visual issues and creating tasks for fixes
• Making minor adjustments in a 3D package during export or validation
• Learning and integrating the Motion Matching system and internal animation tools
• Collaborating with game designers and team members to solve animation challenges and improve Motion Matching
📚 Required Skills
• Attention to detail, perseverance, responsibility, willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to work with routine processes
• Basic Unreal Engine knowledge
• Understanding of character animation fundamentals
• Willingness to work onsite in the Minsk office
• Experience with MotionBuilder or any 3D package is a strong plus
