What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and solutions teams to build impactful analytical solutions and guide decisions with product metrics.
• Perform deep data dives into user and customer interactions to discover trends and insights.
• Empower the product organization with meaningful metrics and key findings for evidence-based decision making.
• Create and improve interactive, scalable data visualizations using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Pendo.
• Innovate in cross-functional teams to support product diversification strategy from ideation to post-launch monitoring.
• Challenge stakeholders and yourself to find unique data solutions to business problems.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
• 3-5+ years experience in product analytics or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Python, and SQL for data visualization and transformation.
• Experience with product metrics, customer adoption, retention, and product analytics challenges.
• Good knowledge of data structures, data transformation methods, and data warehousing technologies.
• Fluent in English (primary working language).
