What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of data analytics and product adoption projects.
• Define project scopes, KPIs, success criteria, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Apply data-driven project management practices to track progress and optimize execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams for seamless delivery.
• Manage communication, expectations, and risks across cross-functional teams.
• Continuously refine project delivery processes emphasizing scalability and repeatability.

Requirements

• Must be located within daily commutable distance to New Delhi, India
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in data analytics or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of analytics workflows, data pipelines, dashboards, and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to translate analytical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, global environments with high ownership.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or data analytics products.
• Experience with analytics or business intelligence platforms and data visualization.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology or hirify.global products.
