What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture.
• Establish and optimize design processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Own and ensure consistent application of the company’s visual brand across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams to align branding with business priorities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as videographers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Introduce new ideas, tools, and industry trends to evolve the design approach.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Madrid, Spain
• English and Spanish: Excellent communication skills in both languages required
• 4–6 years of design experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong background in brand, marketing, and digital design with a compelling portfolio.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira or similar tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build structure in a creative environment.

• Understanding of video and motion design workflows.
