What you will do

• Lead & develop a team of 4+ ML and Backend engineers.
• Own pLTV strategy and evolve predictive lifetime value models.
• Build production ML systems for real-time forecasting.
• Drive cross-functional impact with Growth, Product, and Finance teams.
• Shape technical architecture and guide MLOps infrastructure.
• Stay hands-on with modeling and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• 7+ years applied ML experience.
• 4+ years managing technical teams.
• Expert knowledge of ML fundamentals.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex models.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling or ad tech.
• Background in consumer tech or health tech.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML techniques.
