What you will do

• Lead and guide engineers in code quality and maintainability.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to detail the roadmap and deliver initiatives.
• Shape the tech foundations for the team's domain to enable fast delivery of new features.
• Establish quality metrics to track software delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in a managerial role with a proven track record of growing engineers.
• Hands-on experience in software development.
• Background in Fintech, Payments, or money-movement domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
