Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands. Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.
Salary: €6,475 – €9,250 gross monthly salary for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do
- Define and execute long-term strategy for OpenTelemetry, Observability, and SIEM platforms to create a unified ecosystem.
- Lead and coach Area Triangles, Squad Triangles, and squads to drive collaboration and performance.
- Manage complex stakeholder landscapes, making strategic trade-offs between operational needs and long-term investments.
- Enable service onboarding and standardization (MSS), improving efficiency and adoption.
- Drive operational transformation and innovation, advancing S@S/DevOps maturity and optimizing work item management.
Requirements
- 6+ years as a (Product) Lead in developer platforms, observability, and security, delivering proven results.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Leadership experience managing a large span of control (approximately 180 employees) and guiding DevOps teams.
- Extensive knowledge of scaled Agile (e.g., Spotify Simplify @ Scale) and DevOps practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Academic working and thinking level.
