What you will do:

🌸Proactively form hypotheses about business performance and validate them with data - we need a partner who brings insights, not just answers questions;
🌸Analyze revenue patterns to identify what's driving growth or decline, and surface opportunities to increase revenue;
🌸Track and explain changes in key business metrics including customer acquisition, retention, product usage, and conversion rates;
🌸Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase that help teams monitor performance and make data-informed decisions;
🌸Run A/B tests to evaluate pricing changes, feature launches, and marketing campaigns;
🌸Partner with product and marketing teams to uncover opportunities and inform strategy;

Required skills and experience:

💦3+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst;
💦Strong SQL skills - you should be comfortable writing complex queries with joins, aggregations, and window functions;
💦Experience building dashboards and data visualizations;
💦Ability to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
💦Experience with A/B testing and basic statistical analysis;

Nice to have:

💦Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models;
💦Python or other programming/scripting languages;
💦Familiarity with ClickHouse, Metabase, or similar tools;
💦Experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics;
