We are an ambitious iGaming company building a technologically advanced international holding. We are currently looking for a VIP Host fluent in English

Required Experience & Skills:
— At least 2 years of experience in VIP client management, premium account handling, or luxury service (experience in iGaming is preferred).
— Proficiency in English (native or C1/C2 level), knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
— Ability to analyze data, calculate unit economics, and make data-driven decisions.
— Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
— Self-motivation, adaptability, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.
It is an advantage to have:
— Experience in projects related to cryptocurrency or hybrid gaming platforms.
— Established network of VIP contacts.
— Understanding of loyalty mechanics and strategies for attracting high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
— Building long-term, trust-based relationships with VIP clients through personalized service.
— Proactively addressing client needs by analyzing their activity and preferences to deliver anticipatory service.
— Developing and implementing tailored loyalty and retention programs for key clients.
— Sourcing and attracting new VIP clients through direct outreach and specialized campaigns.
— Analyzing and evaluating potential candidates for transfer from other operators.
— Creating commercial proposals with ROI calculations and presenting them to management for approval.
— Regularly monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics for your client portfolio.
