What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences.
- Facilitate design thinking and collaboration workshops.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis.
- Champion inclusive design and accessibility.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in experience design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable client impact.
- Proven experience in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Fluency in modern design tools like Figma and Miro.
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in Public Service, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Health & Telco.
- Familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools.
