What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to shipped experiences.
• Facilitate design thinking and collaboration workshops.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis.
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data, and Engineering.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in experience design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable client impact.
• Proven experience in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Fluency in modern design tools like Figma and Miro.
• Understanding of enterprise software solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Public Service, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Health & Telco.
