System Analyst Senior (Payments): Building a new Acquiring platform to process payments for hirify.globals and other major card schemes with an accent on seamless integration with internal services and external partners. Focus on gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, and managing end-to-end product development.

What you will do

• Participate in the full product development lifecycle from idea to launch.
• Gather and analyze international payment schemes requirements.
• Design technical solutions including architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Create clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other key teams.
• Manage end-to-end product development requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as System Analyst.
• Experience with card processing solutions and understanding of authorizations and clearing & settlement flows.
• Basic knowledge of ISO8583 protocol.
• B1 or higher English level for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Go/Java services and gRPC integrations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
