What you will do

• Provide full-service HR business partner consulting support to the Global Customer Success group.
• Coach and counsel leaders and managers to drive high organizational performance.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage organizational change initiatives and communicate effectively with employees.
• Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements across different countries.
• Drive talent attraction strategies in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in India.
• Experience in SaaS companies is an added advantage.
• Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
