What you will do
- Design and execute growth initiatives to enhance hirify.global’s market presence in Thailand.
- Identify opportunities for user acquisition and local partnerships.
- Analyze performance data and collaborate with local stakeholders.
- Balance long-term strategy with immediate results.
- Work closely with the Country Manager and internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in growth, partnerships, or operations.
- Deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem and consumer behaviors.
- Fluency in Thai and English with exceptional communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
