What you will do

• Design and implement marketing strategies tailored for Russia and CIS aligned with global brand objectives.
• Drive commercial marketing initiatives to support lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Optimize the client onboarding funnel using data and user insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Partnerships teams.
• Advocate for the region by providing market insights and campaign performance updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Must have experience in regional or digital marketing focused on Russia or CIS.
• Fluency in Russian or Uzbek and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven impact through marketing.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical approach using data to guide strategy and improve performance.
