What you will do

• Manage portfolio of programs across all hirify.global business units providing global visibility to leadership.
• Lead hands-on program management for product delivery and integration spanning organizational boundaries.
• Own and lead global programs for compliance, security, and operations transcending single business units.
• Create governance mechanisms, ways of working, and prioritization frameworks across the Group.
• Define format and cadence of program reviews and ensure decisions maximize investments in key company initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal and legally eligible to work there.
• Remote work allowed only within Portugal.
• Experience in technical program management and strategic portfolio management.
• Strong skills in governance, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
