TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist (B2B SaaS): Develop and execute sales enablement programs to strengthen product knowledge, pricing confidence, and competitive positioning across a global sales organization with an accent on training content creation, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on designing effective training materials, analyzing program effectiveness, and facilitating live and asynchronous sessions to improve sales readiness and deal effectiveness.

Location: Fully hirify.global with priority for candidates from AMER, EMEA, DACH, UK regions

Salary: $40,850–$114,850 USD annually

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain training content to enhance sales roles' product understanding, pricing confidence, and competitive knowledge.
  • Support creation and execution of product, pricing, packaging, partner, and competitive training programs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Sales to align training materials with launches and pricing changes.
  • Track and analyze enablement program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Manage training logistics and coordinate with subject-matter experts and presenters.
  • Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions simplifying complex product and pricing concepts.

Requirements

  • Fluent business-level English required
  • At least 1 year experience in fully hirify.global work environment
  • 1+ years experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, product training, GTM, or customer-facing roles in fast-paced B2B SaaS
  • Strong project management skills balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience creating or maintaining training content such as product guides, pricing resources, and e-learning modules
  • Familiarity with modern enablement and learning platforms

  • Experience analyzing training effectiveness and synthesizing insights
