What you will do

• Develop and deliver customer training programs and materials tailored to various learning styles.
• Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops ensuring high engagement.
• Assess customer training needs and improve content based on feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to keep training materials updated.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer training programs, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong instructional design skills and ability to create engaging training materials.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
