What you will do

• Drive operational excellence and support global growth by enhancing processes and managing stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee horizontal product launch processes and provide transparent progress reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to resolve blockers and align teams.
• Define and improve operating rhythms for planning cycles, business reviews, and tracking objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage resource allocation.
• Implement metrics to identify inefficiencies and standardize processes with documented frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bengaluru, India
• 9+ years of experience with 4-5 years in program management or consulting in high-growth tech, especially fintech or payments.
• Proven skills in process and project management, including scalable system design and roadmap reviews.
• Ability to manage complex projects in ambiguous environments and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including presenting to executives.
