Location: Based in Poland, Warsaw with 1-2 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Develop new and innovative features for web applications using modern Fullstack technologies
• Analyze and resolve bugs to ensure continuous improvement and robust application performance
• Participate in backlog refinement, story estimation, and slicing for efficient delivery
• Share knowledge, best practices, and reusable solutions with the team to foster collaboration
• Document technical architecture, implementation choices, and development patterns
• Collaborate within an international team, communicating effectively in English and Polish

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional Fullstack development experience
• Strong expertise in Java (12+) and Spring Framework
• Proficiency in Angular (12+) for dynamic front-end development
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and clean coding principles
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, private cloud environments
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (SCRUM) and software craftsmanship practices (TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID)
• Fluency in Polish and English required
• Residing in Poland required
