What you will do

• Design and implement well-architected enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Improve IT-managed systems through architectural reviews and enhancements.
• Lead re-architecting efforts for scalable, resilient IT systems and processes.
• Drive compliance, security guardrails, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience with proven ownership and delivery.
• Experience with scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure architectures.
• Knowledge of observability and cost-optimization in cloud (AWS preferred) and server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet devices, DNS optimization, VPN management, and identity providers.
• Infrastructure as code expertise (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines (Scalr, GitHub Actions preferred).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and system integrations.
• Comfort with on-call schedules during regional daylight hours.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Regional IT site leadership experience.
• Experience with ADP, Azure, and GCP.
• Agile development familiarity with Jira and sprint processes.
