What you will do

• Develop and analyze software configuration and state machines for rocket flight software
• Create tools for automated software deployment, data review, and configuration verification
• Investigate test results and bugs requiring deep analysis
• Integrate and troubleshoot flight hardware/software systems
• Support launch operations from mission control and travel to launch/customer sites as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science
• 2+ years software development experience with languages like Python, Perl, Ruby, MATLAB, C/C++
• Fluency in Linux, bash scripting, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with real-time embedded systems and software documentation
• Must be authorized to work in the US per ITAR requirements (US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends to meet critical deadlines
