Account Manager (SaaS/Traveltech): Manage and optimize over 100 client accounts to grow their online booking channels and improve customer experience with an accent on client relationship building, data-driven growth strategies, and product adoption. Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, New Zealand residency, or valid Australian working visa with minimum 2.5 years remaining without sponsorship requirement.

What you will do
- Build and nurture relationships with 100+ clients in your portfolio.
- Conduct audits to identify opportunities for client growth and improved customer experience.
- Analyze data and market trends to formulate strategic growth plans.
- Present growth plans and influence clients to implement suggested improvements.
- Handle unique client problems and rollout product updates to enhance feature adoption.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address client needs effectively.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B or B2C account management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to implement growth strategies.
- Experience in data analysis to identify trends and create strategic plans.
- Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must have Australian or New Zealand residency or valid Australian working visa with 2.5+ years remaining without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMRush, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience in tourism or SaaS industry.
