What you will do

  • Define and execute the customer support vision aligned with studio goals.
  • Manage daily support operations and performance tracking.
  • Enhance tagging systems for better issue analysis.
  • Develop player policies and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Train and mentor support specialists.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex player issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Support, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing teams in gaming or digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
  • Passion for games and player satisfaction.
