What you will do

• Define category and sourcing strategies for electronics products and services
• Analyze supplier markets to optimize supply base
• Collaborate closely with product management, development, quality, and other functions
• Secure supply through tendering and contracting processes
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Contribute to evolving sourcing ways of working and team culture

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Stockholm or Helsingborg, Sweden
• English: Working language, B2 level or higher required
• Academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or relevant field
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing and electronics sourcing in international settings
• Experience working with multi-country organizations and cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swedish or other European languages
