Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in benefits or healthcare sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
