What you will do

  • Advise energy industry clients on digital strategy, from initial requirements analysis to target architecture definition.
  • Translate complex business concepts into actionable solution designs for implementation teams.
  • Manage end-to-end transformation programs and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Implement industry-standard software platforms including CRM, billing, pricing, and data platforms.
  • Develop and share best practices and methodological approaches to improve delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in energy sector IT or software implementation.
  • Proven experience managing implementation projects with business analysts and developers.
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
  • Practical experience with energy industry software such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, or Wilken.
  • Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a track record of driving high-quality outcomes.
