What you will do

• Provide technical support to energy industry clients, focusing on energy sales, services, customer solutions, and energy networks.
• Translate business concepts into solution designs for implementation teams.

• Support customers by managing transformation programs and coordinating implementation activities.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the context of energy suppliers and software development in the energy sales, grid, or IT industry.
• Initial experience working with teams of business analysts and developers across multiple sub-projects.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of industry-standard energy supply software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
