What you will do

  • Implement and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze campaign data and create performance reports to inform senior team decisions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams and external agencies to align campaigns with brand strategy and regional needs.
  • Research regional paid media trends to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns.
  • Support budget allocation to ensure campaign scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cork, Ireland
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid media campaign management with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with programmatic tools such as DV360 or The Trade Desk and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Prior media agency experience is highly desirable.
