You will guide clients through every stage - from the onboarding process and document preparation to the full launch of services and ongoing support.
This role suits someone who enjoys communication, structure, and maintaining a high-quality client experience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process for corporate clients.
- Explain stages, timelines, and required actions.
- Collect and organize documents, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate all onboarding steps until successful account opening and service activation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client requests.
- Support clients after onboarding and assist with operational matters.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Present new products and solutions.
- Manage expectations, tasks, and timelines.
- Maintain a high standard of client service.

🎯 Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, corporate client support, or account management.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach.
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and deliver results.
- Proactive mindset: ability to anticipate client needs, offer solutions without waiting for prompts, and take initiative in communication and task management.
- Understanding of fintech or corporate service workflows is a plus.
- Russin native, English fluent.
