What you will do

• Lead SAP development projects as Project Manager or Scrum Master ensuring scope, timeline, and quality.
• Plan and coordinate project implementation activities including roadmap and milestone control.
• Facilitate Scrum events and operational meetings to support team alignment.
• Participate in presale activities including solution scoping and project proposals.
• Manage project resources and workload balance.
• Monitor project progress and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee budget planning, cost tracking, and risk management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• 3+ years of IT project management experience including fixed-price and time & material projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in risk management and presale activities.
• Good technical understanding of IT and software development processes.
• English B2+ and Polish B2+ required
• Customer-oriented mindset with conflict resolution skills.
