 🔍 Key Responsibilities
 - Full management and support of the company's existing partners
 - Support clients at all stages of onboarding and post-onboarding
 - Retain clients and increase revenue, influencing profitability
 - Present and sell new solutions & payment channels to existing partners
 - Understand client needs, ensuring timely upselling of products & services
 - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
 - Handle document management
 
 🎯 Requirements
- Experience in payment service projects is required
- At least 2 years as a Client Manager in payment services
- Proven experience with merchants in the European market
- Excellent understanding of the FinTech / PSP solutions landscape
- Ability to create and develop partnerships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Languages: English fluent
