What you will do

• Own and execute hirify.global’s global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Manage and grow executive social presence for CEO, COO, and leadership team to amplify thought leadership and brand reach.
• Lead development of internal employee advocacy and external influencer strategies partnering with creators and thought leaders.
• Transform product updates, reports, and campaigns into engaging social-native stories.
• Build and nurture a community of users, advocates, and HR leaders through engagement programs and online interactions.
• Monitor analytics, social sentiment, and trends to optimize content and community efforts.

Requirements

• Must have 5-7 years of experience in Social Media, Community, or Brand Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong copywriting skills and platform-native storytelling expertise.
• Experience managing executive social accounts and thought leadership content.
• Comfortable using social analytics tools to inform strategy.
• Creative and proactive mindset with passion for connecting people through content.
• Ability to create social content using modern tool stacks.
