What you will do

  • Develop and optimize portfolio-wide budget allocation frameworks to maximize returns and align with business goals.
  • Build, refine, and audit forecasting and predictive models for user acquisition, LTV, and monetisation.
  • Partner with studio leadership to validate marketing assumptions and improve financial planning.
  • Lead marketing and monetisation workstreams in M&A due diligence and acquisition opportunity modelling.
  • Provide financial and competitive analysis to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
  • Present clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and value creation.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and budget allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with C-level executives and studio CEOs.
  • Experience working with complex financial data and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience, ideally from investment banking, management consulting, or Big Four accounting firm.
