What you will do

• Lead test strategy for the Conversational AI platform covering functional, performance, security, and scalability testing.
• Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks tailored to AI-driven workflows.
• Create innovative testing approaches for NLP, voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.
• Own quality end-to-end including test plans and execution across CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior SDETs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve system-wide quality challenges.
• Design and execute load, stress, and latency tests for distributed systems handling high-volume financial transactions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in India for this remote role.
• 7+ years in software testing with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java or similar languages and experience with Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, real-time systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML system testing or fintech applications is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and drive cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of security testing practices for financial systems (e.g., OWASP standards).
