What you will do
- Design and build high-availability, low-latency services powering AI-based voice and digital agents
- Contribute to orchestration logic for conversational memory and session management
- Integrate backend systems with AI components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent user experiences
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in backend engineering
- Strong programming skills in Node.js
- Experience building and scaling distributed services and APIs
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to conversational AI or voice interfaces
