What you will do
- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Implement event-driven workflows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS for real-time conversational AI interactions.
- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL database schemas optimized for performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end features on cloud platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and drive CI/CD adoption with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in India with remote work.
- 7-10 years of experience building scalable backend systems with expertise in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, real-time applications, and security in fintech contexts.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures.
- Strong advocate of Test-Driven Development and unit testing.
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering and integrating LLMs into production workflows.
