🔍Core responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 developers.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage the team's workflow using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical & Architectural
- Architect and design robust, scalable solutions leveraging .NET (C#, .NET 8/Core) and the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Serve as the Azure subject matter expert, guiding the team on the selection and implementation of appropriate Azure services (e.g., App Service, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Service Bus).


✔️Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with the .NET framework (C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+).
- Leadership: 2+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership role (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior/Principal developer) with proven mentoring skills.
Azure Expertise (PaaS): Deep, hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying applications using core Azure services:
- Compute: Azure App Service, Azure Functions
- Data: Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage (Blobs/Queues)
- Networking/Security: Azure Key Vault, Virtual Networks, RBAC
- Azure DevOps: Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, YAML).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC), and Entity Framework Core.
- English Proficiency: Strong professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
