 Job Requirements:

▪️Practical experience building high-performance server-side applications in 24x7 high-load environments
▪️Strong expertise in Python
▪️Knowledge of other programming languages such as C++ and Go
▪️Familiarity with modern ML stacks, including PyTorch, ONNX, PyTest, and OpenVINO
▪️Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:
 
 ▪️Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability, linear algebra, dynamic programming, numerical methods
 ▪️Experience applying statistical methods to real-world data and identifying trends/patterns
 ▪️Understanding of ML algorithms for speech analysis and customization for specific tasks
 ▪️Knowledge of speech processing theory and audio physics
 ▪️Experience with audio libraries such as Librosa, TorchAudio, FFmpeg
 ▪️Understanding of vector search (e.g., FAISS)
 ▪️Familiarity with ASR libraries like Kaldi, NVIDIA Nemo, ESPnet, Whisper, Vosk
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 ▪️Develop, maintain, and improve cloud services utilizing ML models, focusing on performance, stability, and availability
 ▪️Research and evaluate quality, performance, and evolution of competitive and open-source models
 ▪️Fine-tune and train models for specific markets/applications
 ▪️Focus on applied machine learning rather than fundamental research
 ▪️This is just the beginning—many more cutting-edge projects are underway or about to start.
