What you will do

  • Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
  • Own sales compensation modeling, quota tracking, and performance reporting
  • Design automations to improve follow-up discipline and drive deal velocity
  • Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
  • Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the tech stack
  • Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards

Requirements

  • Must have 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company
  • Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
  • Thrives in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
  • Comfortable with SQL
