Revenue Operations Lead

What you will do

• Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
• Own sales compensation modeling, quota and attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
• Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and increase deal velocity.
• Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
• Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the operational stack as the organization scales.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
• Experience owning sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
• Strong technical fluency with CRM and GTM tooling.
• Solid SQL skills and comfort working directly with data.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
