What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python and Databricks
• Collaborate with an international team to develop scalable data solutions
• Analyze and debug system bugs (Tier 2) and write integration tests
• Create and maintain documentation, checklists, and workflows for process consistency
• Set up and configure new tenants to ensure smooth onboarding
• Manage code using Gitlab and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• 1-2 years experience as data/software engineer or relevant field
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and working with large codebases and IDEs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
• Knowledge of relational databases and data troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark/PySpark
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as pytest
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Willingness to travel abroad once or twice a year for on-site team building in Oslo, Norway
