What you will do
- Lead AI Gigafactory project management across multiple companies and units.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, sponsors, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Finland (Espoo) with hybrid work arrangement.
- 8+ years of project management experience in global or matrixed organizations.
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Experience with IP and Optical networks and Data Center Networking.
- Knowledge of Finnish Government and/or EU procurement processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
