What you will do

  • Lead AI Gigafactory project management across multiple companies and hirify.global units.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, sponsors, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Finland (Espoo) with hybrid work arrangement.
  • 8+ years of project management experience in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with hirify.global IP and Optical networks and Data Center Networking.
  • Knowledge of Finnish Government and/or EU procurement processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Personal networks in the Finnish Data Center Industry.
  • Experience delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.
