What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams ranging from graduate to senior levels
• Develop engineering managers and maintain company culture
• Hire staff engineers for specialized roles like performance and quality
• Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback
• Implement and defend disciplined engineering processes and benchmarks
• Collaborate with leadership and represent products to stakeholders

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills required
• Extensive management experience with high expectations
• Outstanding Linux-based software engineering background
• Ability to travel globally twice a year for up to two weeks
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM or equivalent experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring software developers
