What you will do

• Create, maintain, and improve software and other documentation
• Collaborate with team members to enhance documentation contributions
• Influence product and service development as a technical expert user
• Engage with user communities to ensure documentation meets their needs
• Standardize documentation structure, style, and language across products
• Advance documentation practice and theory within the company and open-source community

Requirements

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Technical writing skills combined with a programmer’s mindset or programming experience
• Experience in software development contexts and familiarity with Linux, command line, Git, and documentation markup languages (reStructuredText, MyST)
• BSc/BA degree or equivalent
• Ability to travel twice a year for up to two weeks for events
• Fully remote work with worldwide eligibility
