What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with IHV partners at all organizational levels.
- Lead and grow a team of Business Development Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings with IHVs.
- Manage day-to-day alliance operations including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
- Represent in customer workshops, sales events, and executive engagements globally.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in EMEA or APAC regions
- Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles.
- Strong understanding of Linux, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Autonomous, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
