What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with IHV partners at all organizational levels.
  • Lead and grow a team of Business Development Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings with IHVs.
  • Manage day-to-day alliance operations including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Represent hirify.global in customer workshops, sales events, and executive engagements globally.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in EMEA or APAC regions
  • Experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, virtualization, containers, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Autonomous, disciplined, and results-driven mindset.
